Bio: Lauren Spearman “The Bounce Back Advocate” is a native St. Louisan and proud mother of two with a passion for helping others discover and cultivate purpose. She is the proud parent of a daughter Lacey, age 14, and a son William Jr. age 5. As a faith-based inspirational speaker, her moniker “The Bounce Back Advocate” was bestowed upon her by her mentor Ivy McGregor because Lauren is a true fan of the comeback story! She considers herself a living breathing example of how God’s grace and mercy can turn your current situation into your future elevation. Drawing from her testimony, Lauren is a personal cheerleader and coach helping others dig deep and do the work to rediscover their “Why?”. In October 2020, she launched her highly successful premiere episode of her mental wellness podcast entitled “Check On Your Strong Friends” to a live Facebook audience. Through this podcast, she aims to normalize the conversation centered around mental illness. Tackling issues such as grief, therapy, relationships and more the podcast is already receiving a warm reception from listeners. Whether in the area of business or personal growth, her key messages are rooted in self-awareness and mental health and wellness. Due to her own triumph over depression and anxiety, Lauren is fulfilled by being an encouragement to countless people suffering in silence. Her message to them, is that difference between a setback and bouncing back is all in your mindset!
